Changyou Preps “LAW” Alpha on 5/11
Sohu’s (Nasdaq:SOHU) online gaming subsidiary Changyou.com (Nasdaq:CYOU) plans to start alpha testing of its licensed 3D time-travelling Chinese fantasy MMORPG Legend of the Ancient World (“LAW”) on May 11, according to an announcement on the game’s official site May 6. The company will issue a total of 8,000 activation codes as well as introduce a demon palace, 21 new professions, new fighting modes, marriage and tribal systems for the testing, according to the site.
